How we work

Who pays us, what we promise, and the lines we will not cross.

Our service to patients is free. Partner hospitals pay IndiaMedica a referral fee when a patient we introduce is treated. That fee never changes the price you pay the hospital, and it never decides which hospitals we suggest.

Why tell you this?

Because you should know how the people advising you are paid before you trust their advice. We suggest hospitals on the basis of your case, the specialists available, accreditation and your preferences — and we will tell you if we think a hospital we do not work with is the better choice.

Optional paid services

Some patients ask us to arrange accommodation, interpreters, transfers or a recovery stay. These are optional and always quoted in writing before you agree.

Six things we will not do

01

We invent nothing

No made-up testimonials, ratings, success rates, patient numbers or prices. If we cannot evidence a claim, it is not on this site.

02

We do not promise cures

No adviser can. We help you reach the right specialists and understand their advice.

03

Badges must be proven

An accreditation appears only with a link to its source and the date we checked it — and disappears after a year unless re-checked.

04

We follow India’s law

No donor sourcing for transplants. No surrogacy for foreign nationals. No visa shortcuts.

05

Your health data is yours

We share your reports only with hospitals you agree to, only to get opinions and estimates, and delete them when you ask.

06

Medicine stays with doctors

We are not a hospital and we do not give medical advice. Your treating doctors make every clinical decision.

Send us your reports. We’ll do the rest.

A case manager reviews your reports, shares them with suitable accredited hospitals and comes back with treatment options, the specialists involved and written estimates — free, with no obligation.
