A coordinator explaining a care plan to a family

How it works

Seven steps from your first report to your flight home — with one person beside you the whole way.

  1. Share your reports

Start with the free case review form. A case manager replies with a list of exactly which reports, scans and images the specialists will need, and a secure way to send them. Do not email medical files to anyone without encryption.

  2. Specialist opinions

With your consent, we share your case with suitable NABH- and JCI-accredited hospitals. Their specialists review it and send a written opinion: the recommended treatment, alternatives, the team involved and how long you should plan to stay.

  3. Compare estimates

You receive each hospital’s opinion and written cost estimate side by side, in plain language, with what is and is not included. Estimates are the hospital’s own; the final bill depends on your treatment and recovery.

  4. Visa & travel

The hospital issues the letter you need for the e-Medical visa, and up to two attendants can apply for e-Medical Attendant visas. We guide you through the official portal and help plan flights around your admission date.

  5. Arrival

We arrange airport pickup, accommodation close to the hospital that suits your family and budget, a local SIM, and an interpreter for your language if needed. Your case manager meets you on day one.

  6. Treatment

During treatment your case manager handles admission, deposits and billing questions, keeps your family informed, and is the person you call for anything non-clinical. Clinical decisions stay with your doctors.

  7. Home & follow-up

Before you fly, we make sure you have your discharge summary, medicines, fitness-to-fly advice and a follow-up plan. After you go home we arrange teleconsultations with your treating team and help share results with your local doctor.

What it costs you

The case review, hospital opinions and estimates are free. You pay the hospital directly for treatment. Optional services such as accommodation, interpreters and transfers are quoted in advance. How we are paid.

Send us your reports. We’ll do the rest.

A case manager reviews your reports, shares them with suitable accredited hospitals and comes back with treatment options, the specialists involved and written estimates — free, with no obligation.
