Privacy & health data
Your medical information is sensitive. Here is exactly how we handle it.
Draft for legal review — v1, October 2026.
What we collect
The details you give in the case review form — name, country, contact details, treatment area and a short summary — and, later, the medical reports you choose to share through a secure link.
Why we use it
Only to review your case, obtain opinions and estimates from hospitals you agree to, and arrange the services you ask for. We do not sell your data and we do not use your medical information for advertising.
Who we share it with
Accredited hospitals you agree to, for the purpose of a treatment opinion and estimate. Service providers you ask us to book (for example accommodation) receive only what they need — never your medical reports.
Your rights
You can withdraw consent, ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. We handle personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the DPDP Rules 2025.
Security
Reports are shared only through secure channels. Please do not email unencrypted medical files to anyone, including us.
