How quickly will someone reply?
IndiaMedica’s case review page says a case manager replies within two working days with next steps and a secure way to share reports. The reply comes in the language you chose on the form.
Why not attach reports to the form?
The form asks you not to upload full medical reports. Health records need a secure channel. Your case manager first tells you which reports the specialists need. You then share only those, through the secure link.
What do you agree to when you consent?
You agree that IndiaMedica may use your information to review your case. You also agree that it may share your medical details with accredited hospitals for opinions and estimates only. You can withdraw consent at any time. IndiaMedica deletes your reports when you ask.
What will the opinions contain?
Each hospital’s specialists describe the recommended treatment, any alternatives, the team involved and how long they suggest you plan to stay. The estimate is the hospital’s own and shows what is and is not included.
Nothing is booked until you say so
The case review, opinions and estimates are free. You decide whether to travel, and which hospital to choose.

Choose “Not sure yet” as the treatment area and describe your diagnosis and what your doctor has recommended. The case manager will work out which specialists should review your case and which reports they need.
Can I ask for my reports to be deleted?
Yes. IndiaMedica states that reports are shared only with hospitals you agree to, used only for opinions and estimates, and deleted when you ask. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.
