Saudi Arabia did not appear on the official Indian e-Visa eligible list when we checked on 1 November 2026. Saudi patients should plan for a regular medical visa from the Embassy of India in Riyadh or the Consulate General in Jeddah. Both ask for medical reports and an admission or invitation letter from the Indian hospital.

Can Saudi patients use the e-Medical visa?
Not on the current list. We read the official e-Visa eligible-countries list on 1 November 2026 and Saudi Arabia was not on it. The list changes from time to time. Check it again before you apply. If Saudi Arabia is still absent, use the regular medical visa route described here.
